My Certificate still in progress

My Certificate 

I am doing my processional certificate. but as today my certified still i don't get.   

"We regret to inform that we are still waiting for the new certificate until end of this month. When we receive the new certificate, we will notify you by email."

I have done and get  my member number. just wait my certified only.
